My only criticism is the problem getting through in the morning for an appointment. Some people go down at 8.30 am to ensure they can make an appointment. I chose to telephone and, while it took about 10 minutes of hitting the redial button, once it was no longer engaged, I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and was given an appointment for that morning.
Very friendly staff. Not always easy to get through on the phone early in the morning. My current doctor allows me plenty of time to discuss my problems.
This Surgery makes being sick more of a pleasure. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly and the GPs are always caring and keen to get to the bottom of any problem. There is good preventative care as well as a fast service when patients present themselves with a medical health issue. There is an active Patient Group that supports the Surgery and provides a series of annual events that provide for patient engagement and additional funding for ancilliary equipment that might be needed from time to time. It is sometimes difficult to make a telephone appointment due to excessive queues but once through (or when booking face to face) there is never a problem and the Surgery is working to resolve this.
